Our take
At $20, you can't expect much, and this Dell 19-inch monitor delivers exactly that. The 1440x900 resolution is fine for old software or a secondary display. The 60Hz and 5ms response are too slow for modern gaming. Input variety is huge—it supports almost everything which is handy. But brightness is very low at 90 cd/m², so it's dim even indoors. Contrast is poor. It's a budget option for basic tasks, not for gaming. Good as a cheap extra screen.
